Fail
Went to the biggest Forever 21 at the Fashion Show Mall this morning, shown one of the sales person my phone to ask for a particular jacket, searched for a good 15 mins, finally checked the stockroom, only to find out “Sorry, we don’t have that item”. I hate that Forever 21, it has failed me.
